Researchers from Design Sciences – both Packaging Logistics and Innovation Engineering – find themselves amongst the most-read authors when The International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research lists its top-performing articles right now.

Yulia Vakulenko, together with Daniel Hellström and Klas Hjort, et al. have written the second most read article with over 18 000 views, "Online retail experience and customer satisfaction: the mediating role of last mile delivery".

Karla Marie Batingan Paredes, Annika Olsson and Malin Olander Roese are three of the researchers behind the article "Organizational climate for innovation and creativity – a study in Swedish retail organizations", which currently also holds a position in the top ten.
